Elldesigns is committed to the protecting the environment and encouraging recycling.

We at Elldesigns see protecting the environment as part of our core values. In taking measures such as those outlined below, we aim to continue to reduce out environmental footprint. We recognise that our business has a social responsibility to enhance the environment and promote long term sustainability of the resources we use. We aim to inspire our staff, vendors and clients to do the same.

Elldesigns will take all reasonable steps to ensure that its products comply with any applicable Australian regulations and Standards.

Elldesigns commits to:

• Consider the environmental impact of all purchases, this includes buying locally from like-minded environmentally concerned business.
• Purchasing locally produced products and materials to reduce extensive travel cost and invest in the local community
• Making use of recycled materials wherever possible in store and in manufacturing.
• Offering opportunities to our customers to recycle our products
• This includes a closed circuit recycling program for our Iron-Me Beads and other plastic products
• Providing all employees with the training and educational necessary to meet our objectives
• Ensuring there are opportunities to separate waste materials including printer toner for recycling
• Regularly review environmental objectives and targets
• Investing in reusable packaging that is also minimal and is designed to be ‘what you see is what you get’ with no unnecessary blocked out packing.
• Kitchen waste is recycled and composted where possible.
